Upon termination of this Agreement, each party shall return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information and provide written confirmation of such destruction. This obligation applies to all forms of media, including:

• Physical Media: All hard copies of documents, blueprints, and printed technical data.
• Digital Records: Electronic files, databases, and backups stored on any local devices, external drives, or cloud-based systems.
